If your new piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, our team is here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components into the original shipping boxes to ensure items are protected during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
